Frequently asked questions

Does the processor come with a cooler and original packaging?

No. This is the Tray (OEM) version — the processor ships in a transparent plastic clamshell, with no original cooler and no Intel / AMD retail box. You'll need to purchase a cooler separately to match the socket. Tray versions are roughly ₪200-400 cheaper than Box for exactly this reason.

Does the processor have integrated graphics?

Yes, a basic iGPU suitable for office work, browsing, video playback, and basic productivity. For gaming you'll need a separate graphics card.

Which motherboard socket fits this processor?

Socket AM5 (AMD Ryzen 7000 / 8000 / 9000). Fits motherboards with A620 / B650 / B850 / X670 / X870 chipsets. DDR5 only.

What's the warranty on the processor?

1 year (3 years manufacturer) warranty through us. For Tray versions, Intel and AMD do not provide direct consumer warranty — their official policy is "provided at your place of purchase". We adopt a conservative one-year retailer warranty in line with industry Tray importers. If a defect occurs — we'll handle the replacement within the period.

What's the official manufacturer SKU?

Official Intel / AMD SKU: 100-000001978. You can verify processor details directly on intel.com / amd.com using this SKU.
