When is 8GB DDR4 enough?
A single 8GB module is a reasonable starting point for budget systems or specific uses. It will provide good performance for tasks like document editing, browsing with multiple tabs, and media consumption. If you are upgrading from 4GB, you will experience a significant improvement in the overall experience. If you already have an 8GB module, adding this module will bring you to 16GB in Dual Channel, and that is an upgrade you will definitely feel.
